Along with business growth, we are looking for a General Ledger Accountant. The role is based in our Injection Moulding branch HAPP in Ruppichteroth (Rhein-Sieg-Kreis) and you will report to the Investment Controller EMEA.

General Ledger Accountant 

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure daily booking and Follow AR, AP, cash and assets. Support for of the financial planning.
• Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts.
• Payment transactions and dunning. Master data and account maintenance.
• Recording additions and disposals of fixed assets, preparing and submitting the VAT and taxes declarations.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support other teams to overall company goals and objectives.

Your profile:

• Fluent in English. Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• German on high level a MUST.
• DATEV knowledge would be appreciated.
• Open to assume a polyvalent role in any area of accounting and financial controlling.
• Academic degree in accounting or comparable education & background.
• Ideally 5 years’ plus hands on experience in accounting.
• Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to act independently.
