We are seeking qualified professionals for a 3-month freelance contract starting January 1st, with housing provided in Essen, Germany, and a flexible 24-hour working schedule. This position is open to candidates who:

Hold a valid registration as a licensed psychologist in Germany (e.g., Psychologischer Psychotherapeut / Approbation), or
-
Reside in Portugal, have the necessary certification to practice, hold EU citizenship or a valid EU work visa, and are eligible to relocate to Essen for the duration of the contract, or
-
Do not currently live near Essen but meet the requirements and are willing to relocate for the contract duration.
Your Responsibilities

Equip employees with tools to enhance emotional intelligence and resilience.

Lead well-being and informational activities during training sessions.

Proactively invite employees to coaching sessions (individual and group).

Design and deliver psycho-educational workshops, team-building activities, and outreach programs aligned with departmental goals.

Advise HR on employee suitability and create actionable wellbeing plans.

Take ownership of assigned well-being projects and activities.

Monitor, collect, evaluate, and report data to track employee progress.
We expect

Master’s degree in:
-
Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology
-
Therapeutic Counseling or Psychotherapy

Relevant experience:
-
At least 3 years of professional practice with clients/users/patients.

Licensed psychologist (license number or accredited practitioner status required).

Strong conflict and crisis management skills.

Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Excellent interpersonal skills with empathy, discretion, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Familiarity with office software applications.

Creative thinking and high motivation.

Flexibility to adapt to a 24-hour flexible schedule.
